PERSONAL LICENSE

TMMD ART Image License

This license applies to digital images purchased and downloaded from TMMD ART. It does not apply to NFTs, blockchain tokens, or collections published on external marketplaces.

Grant of License

Upon purchase, TMMD ART grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download, store, display, and print the purchased image for personal use.

The purchase of an image grants usage rights under this license only. It does not transfer copyright, intellectual property ownership, authorship, or exclusive rights to the artwork.

Permitted Uses

The purchaser may:

  • Download and store the purchased image on personal devices.
  • Print the image in any size for personal display.
  • Create framed artwork, canvas prints, posters, decorative panels, or similar physical displays for personal use.
  • Display printed versions in homes, offices, studios, private spaces, or the purchaser's own non-resale environment.
  • Use the image as a desktop wallpaper, mobile wallpaper, personal screen display, or private digital decoration.
  • Share photographs of the printed artwork or decorative installation on social media, provided the original digital file is not shared or redistributed.

Restrictions

The purchaser may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, transfer, share, publish, or give away the digital image file.
  • Upload the image to stock image platforms, NFT marketplaces, digital asset marketplaces, print-on-demand services, or file-sharing platforms.
  • Sell prints, posters, canvases, framed artwork, merchandise, apparel, accessories, packaging, or physical products containing the image.
  • Use the image for advertising, marketing, branding, logos, business identities, product labels, or commercial campaigns.
  • Modify, remix, adapt, transform, or create derivative works from the image for commercial exploitation.
  • Claim authorship, copyright ownership, trademark rights, or exclusive ownership of the artwork.
  • Use the image for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets, generative AI systems, synthetic media generation, automated content systems, or similar technologies.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is not included in the standard personal image license. Any commercial use, including resale, reproduction for sale, merchandising, publication, advertising, licensing, sublicensing, manufacturing, or use in commercial products or services, requires a separate written commercial license from TMMD ART.

Simple summary: You may enjoy, display, and print the purchased image for yourself. You may not sell the file, sell copies, create products for resale, use it in advertising, or train AI systems with it unless TMMD ART grants a separate written commercial license.

Copyright

All copyrights, intellectual property rights, artistic rights, and ownership rights remain exclusively owned by TMMD ART or its authorized rights holder.

No Transfer of Copyright

The purchase of an image grants a limited license to use the image under these terms. It does not transfer copyright ownership or exclusive rights to the purchaser.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the purchased image has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered. Because digital files cannot be be returned and their use cannot be revoked after delivery, TMMD ART does not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after download. If a technical issue prevents access to the purchased file, TMMD ART may provide replacement downloads or technical assistance.

Termination

Any violation of this license automatically terminates the rights granted herein. Upon termination, the purchaser must stop all unauthorized use of the image.

Reserved Rights

All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved by TMMD ART.

NFT Notice

This license applies only to digital image purchases from TMMD ART. NFTs and blockchain collectibles may be subject to a separate NFT license.
