The products offered on this website are digital images generated and/or curated using artificial intelligence. These images are sold as downloadable digital files in different formats and resolutions.

• 2000×2000 for HD use.
• 3000×3000 for approximate 50×50 cm printing.
• 4000×4000 for enlarged print use.
• 6000×6000 and 9000×9000 for decorative or gallery-style use.

2. Product delivery

Once payment through PayPal is confirmed, the system may generate a secure download link to obtain the purchased image.

• Delivery is digital.
• The download link is personal.
• The link may have a time limit.
• The link may have a download limit.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal or other payment methods available on the website. AI Image Shop does not store complete credit or debit card information on its servers.

4. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not offered once the file has been delivered, downloaded, or made available to the buyer.

If there is a verifiable technical issue with the download, you may contact us so we can help resolve it or resend the link when appropriate.

5. Usage license

Purchasing an image grants the buyer a personal or decorative usage license, depending on the format acquired. Unless expressly authorized in writing, full intellectual property ownership of the artwork is not transferred.

• You may not resell the digital file as an independent product.
• You may not publicly redistribute the downloaded file.
• You may not upload the file to stock image platforms for resale.
• You may not claim original authorship of the image.

6. Image printing

The buyer may print the image for personal use, private decoration, office, living room, studio, or similar spaces. Final print quality depends on the selected size, the print provider, and the material used.

7. NFT images and Magic Eden

Some images may be related to NFT collections published on external platforms such as Magic Eden. NFT purchases are not made directly on this website, but on the corresponding external platform.

AI Image Shop does not control the processes, fees, wallets, availability, policies, or transactions carried out within Magic Eden.

8. Copyright and intellectual property

The images, designs, texts, collections, trade names, curatorial elements, and visual materials published on this website belong to AI Image Shop or their respective owners.

Unauthorized copying, mass reproduction, modification, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the content available on this website is prohibited.

9. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and working properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, external services, payment gateways, or causes beyond our control.
